Archaeologists have peeled back the sands of time to reveal exquisite artefacts from a most sophisticated culture that flourished three thousand years ago in this remote region of southern Arabia. However, Sheba's Greatest Treasure is as relevant today as it was in her time. It has been the key to survival of a region of Yemen known as Marib, and to the greater community of people living in this harsh desert land.

This enduring treasure - as the film portrays - was one of the greatest wonders of the Ancient World - a massive dam that created a huge lake in the midst of the desert. The events associated with the great dam's rise, fall and re-incarnation in the form of today's modern structure is a gripping story that has never before been told on film.
