Emirates, the world's largest airline by international traffic, raised 1.9 billion dirhams (US$517 million) from an Islamic facility for the purchase of three aircraft. Etihad Airways has increased its stake in Virgin Australia Holdings to 4.99 per cent, the company said in a statement.
