The price of diesel will rise by nine fils to Dh2.45 per litre in Dubai and Northern Emirates from Thursday. Crude exports from the UAE to Japan fell 21 per cent or 217,000 barrels a day year-on-year in 2009, according to a new report by Energy Intelligence (EI).
