Dubai International recorded an increase of 19.5 per cent in passenger traffic in September. Dubai International registered a 12.6 per cent increase in passenger traffic in July this year, the highest monthly growth-rate recorded since May 2008. An amendment to Law No3 of 2004 governing departure fees from Dubai International Airport was issued by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE, in his capacity as the Ruler of Dubai.
