Tourists are flocking to Dubai's beach hotels in a sign that the emirate's hospitality industry may be levelling out, says Jones Lang LaSalle. The tourism spend in the UAE is set to increase by almost 18 per cent from Dh27.5 billion in 2009 to Dh32.4bn by 2014, Euromonitor International, the global consumer market analyst predicted yesterday.
