posted on 18/07/2007

Etisalat has opened its latest retail outlet at the Bin Sougat Centre in Dubai. Located conveniently on the first floor of the mall, the outlet will be operational from 8am to 10pm Saturday to Thursday, and 4pm to 10pm on Fridays. The outlet is divided into three major zones.
The Customer Service Zone is where customers can apply for any etisalat service including prepaid and post-paid mobiles, fixed line telephones, and dial-up and broadband Internet services. Customer queries and feedback will also be accepted at this zone, and will help customers choose the ideal service and plan for their usage.
The Demonstration Zone will feature live demonstrations of Etisalat services in action, including the BlackBerry service, MobileCam, 3G and 3.5G services, E-Vision cable television services, and many other main and value-added services.
The Retail Zone is where customers will be able to view, compare and purchase mobile handsets, desktop telephones and other communication hardware related to Etisalat services.
This outlet adds to the already-extensive list of dedicated Etisalat stores in various locations around the UAE. Some of the existing outlets are at the Dubai World Trade Centre, the Arrival area of the Dubai International Airport, Mall of the Emirates in Dubai, the Arrival area of the Sharjah International Airport, Ajman City Centre, Al Jimi Mall in Al Ain, Madinat Zayed Centre in Abu Dhabi and Manar Mall in Ras Al Khaimah.
There are 520 outlets across the UAE that offer Postpaid subscriptions, 660 outlets sell Wasel SIM cards, over 20,000 outlets sell recharge scratch cards and 7,700 outlets offer e-vouchers.
etisalat Retail Outlets are fully equipped for customers to simply walk in and choose from a range of Etisalat services and support hardware.
