Seoul - UAE Ambassador to Korea Abdulla Al-Maainah hosted a reception at Hotel Lotte in downtown Seoul on yesterday to celebrate the country's 37th National Day anniversary.
More than 500 plus well-wishers representing three branches of the South Korean government, prominent businessmen and other socio-political leaders attended the gala function.
Among them also included members of diplomatic corps accredited to Seoul and vice minister of land, transport and marine affairs Kwon Do-yup and wife of South Korean Prime Minister Han Seung-soo.
Al-Maainah said that the UAE will continue its march of development and prosperity under the wise leadership of President HH Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Rulers of the Emirates. – Emirates News Agency, WAM
