HH Dr Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, UAE Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah made an inspectional tour yesterday to the Hamriah Free Zone (HFZ) where the third and the forth phases of the Dh 450mn deep water port project is in progress.
The Ruler also visited the factory of Techno Casting, the leading manufacturer of alloy steel built at a cost of Dh 400mn.
Sheikh Sultan was accompanied by Chairman of the Sharjah Department of Ports and Customs Sheikh Khalid Bin Abdullah Al Qasimi, Director General of the Department of Ports and Customs and HFZ Rashid Al-Leem and other officials and engineers.
The Ruler gave his directives to execute the project using the most modern technology and ensuring precision and accuracy in every facility. – Emirates News Agency, WAM
