Minister of Education HE Dr. Hanif Hassan said that the ministry has adopted a more improved plan to achieve its goals in the field of human resources development on the national level.
This system will empower the teaching and administrative staff employed by the ministry to attain the country's strategic plan for education, he added.
The new system will never create a situation, where an employee at the ministry finds himself ignored by the authorities without giving him/her the promotion which he deserved. A situation of employment stagnation will not happen once the new system is implemented.
The new HR development system also envisages a series of incentives to motivate every employee to put his dedicated efforts and to attain self development, the minister noted. - Emirates News Agency, WAM
