Mohammed bin Rashid attends the 1000 Guineas Classic

Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum today attended the 1,000 Guineas Classic at Newmarket racecourse.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed was accompanied by Crown Prince of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

Godolphin's 'Usherette', ridden by M Barzalona and trained by Andrea Fabre, won the Dahlia Stakes and its winning prize was received by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

Favourite 'Minding' galloped to a breath-taking victory in the Fillies Classic, while Handicap Stakes was dominated by the UAE horses, with Taqdeer, owned by Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, finishing first, followed by Godolphin's Prize Money and New Caledonia for Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
