The Higher Colleges of Technology HCT is offering new specialties that satisfy the needs of labour market in the fields of industry, economy and technology .The Colleges offer programs of diploma, higher diploma and bachelor degrees.
Dr. Ahmed Tibara , Acting Vice Chancellor said that the HCT takes the best students who achieve not less than 80% percent in the examination, and the College has around 300 teaching staff members . He added that the college has a number of well equipped labs for different specialties, and there are shifts of work in the college: morning and evening, because 40 % percent of the total number of students are employees, so evening time is proper for such students.
